Architecture

ESa’s staff designers are experienced in a broad spectrum of project types that include healthcare, hospitality, senior living, corporate office, education, community facilities and the arts. On all of our projects, the depth of this experience is evident as project teams utilize their extensive knowledge base to further advance the art of design.  Cross-pollination between building types and disciplines allows us to explore new ideas and look at design issues from a fresh perspective.

We have architects licensed in all 50 states as well as the District of Columbia and an architectural portfolio that extends around the globe.  Our teams stay abreast of the latest advancements and technology, including new ideas in sustainability and BIM, in order to bring our clients the highest level of service available in the industry.

Interior Design

To our clients’ benefit, ESa’s experienced staff of interior designers is an integrated piece of the architectural team.  Throughout the design process, they work closely with our architects to design human-centered environments that cohesively reflect a seamless exterior and interior connection.

While working within owners’ budget constraints and preferences, our knowledgeable interior designers incorporate sustainable practices and materials as well as easily maintainable finishes within their projects. As do our architects, our interior designers keep their fingers on the pulses of technology advancements and proven product markets for the best project-specific solutions.

Master Planning / Space Planning

From hospital campuses to city streetscapes, many of our projects start in the planning phase.  For almost 50 years, ESa has stayed on the forefront of planning theory and has designed and implemented master plans that have withstood the test of time. 

Flexibility in the capability for adaptation to an ever-changing world is key to good design.  Our designers understand the complexities of the design process and carefully balance the current and future needs for spaces to yield optimum use.
