Over the years, we have learned that while we need experienced professionals, recent graduates bring new ideas and their own individual talents to the firm.  In order to help cultivate the growth of new staff members,
we have created our own unique intern development
process, which ensures that these interns gain
valuable experience in all aspects of the profession.

Each architectural and interior design intern has opportunities to serve as common threads on projects, working through all phases to gain valuable IDP experience to become a well-rounded designer.  Feedback from our interns and staff is used to continuously update and improve this process in our efforts to keep it current with the ever-changing needs of our profession.

The ESa family includes licensed architects, interior
design professionals, interns, graphic artists and other
support staff.  A collaborative environment challenges
our designers to excel in their areas of passion and
expertise with mentoring support from experienced
professionals.  Project teams work hand-in-hand
with our clients to exceed expectations.
