Groundbreaking was officially held October 14 for Belmont University’s new College of Law building, which is designed by ESa. To be called the Randall and Sadie Baskin Center, the 71,000-square-foot facility will include a five-level underground parking garage accommodating more than 500 parking spaces. It is slated to open in fall 2012.
